As a seasoned stylist and visionary leader, Alisha prides herself on building genuine relationships and creating a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Her passion for developing a team of like-minded professionals has shaped Meraki & Co. into a true destination salon and spa, where "Beauty is Created with Purpose" and clients feel cared for inside and out while providers feel heard, supported and inspired to genuinely give their best to others. If Alisha has ever had the opportunity to care for you in her chair, you know how genuine she is. She pours her all into every person that walks through the doors of Meraki, making sure every guest is greeted, acknowledged, truly known, comfortable, and happy with their service. In an attempt to create longevity for the salon and a place that she set out to create to begin with, She has created our Mentor program where a seasoned stylist, including herself at times, takes on the role of mentoring a new talent stylist, pouring everything they know into the Mentee, in an attempt to create more of the stylists you have grown to know and love. With that, you will always have a piece of Alisha at Meraki regardless of her physical presence and if you receive an experience any less than, she wants to hear about it and be given the opportunity to improve.
