We often tell clients like you to discuss everything from desired volume to hair texture with your stylist. That way, you and your stylist can pick the perfect style for your big event. You'll arrive, and we'll spend some time together ensuring that we understand what you're looking for. Remember, clear communication is key to achieving the best results.

What Happens During Your Appointment

When you arrive for your updo, our friendly team will greet you. First, we’ll sit down to consult on your desired style. You might be surprised by how quickly you can feel at ease here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which makes getting your hair done feel like a treat instead of a chore. After the discussion, we’ll start prepping your hair, which can take about ten minutes, and then we’ll begin on the actual styling, which takes around 45 minutes.

Your stylist will take care to ensure everything is secure, and you’ll usually leave with a cozy feeling and a fabulous look. When you walk out, you won’t just feel gorgeous; you’ll have the confidence that comes with looking just the way you wanted.

Aftercare for Your Updo

Right after your updo, you might feel a little dizzy from all the styling, but that’s normal! Plan to take it easy for a moment while soaking in your fabulous look. We recommend using light hairspray to keep everything in place and being gentle when you take it down. Depending on your event, if you’d like your updo to last several hours, it’s best not to touch it too much. Most importantly, if you receive compliments after your appointment, definitely take a moment to soak it all in!

When it comes to rebooking, we generally advise returning every few weeks if you're due for a follow-up hairstyle or just need a refresh. You might feel so good about your first appointment that scheduling your next visit becomes a top priority.
